Received the email in my junk folder but there's no code to complete the next step!

You get three emails in total, the validation code is in the third email. The first email asks to confirm your email, click the link. The second email confirms your confirmation and the third email is your validation code.

Open the link (click green button that says "validate my email address") within the confirmation email. It should open a webpage that confirms your email address is validated and has the validation code written just above the Gleam widget on that page.


Alternatively, wait for a second email (could take a few minutes) and that will also have the same validation code in it.

I think this is the problem. The only email I have received is from wereviewclub and not hello@ergonomad.com

I entered with a different email and have received the validation code. What a faff!! :rotfl:

Oh dear!

I don't know if this helps, but both the emails I got were from [EMAIL="contest@ergonomad.com"]contest@ergonomad.com[/EMAIL] rather than [EMAIL="hello@ergonomad.com"]hello@ergonomad.com [/EMAIL]


First email was "Validate your email address & important information about the contest" which had the link in to validate and took me to the webpage that contained both the Gleam widget and the validation code written above it (which I then submitted into the Gleam widget).

Second email was "Your validation code is here" which mentioned that my email address had been validated and included the same validation code as was written above the Gleam.


Perhaps I didn't get another email inbetween those, because I'm already signed up to Ergonomad emails (from entering their previous contests)?
