Considering a DRO, but waiting for court case to conclude

Dear all,
I have around 13K in debt. I also have a County Court case which I have brought, which may or may not result in an adverse Costs Order against me, particularly if I lose or my claim gets struck-out.
I take it there is no issue with including any adverse Costs Order in the DRO, as they do not appear to be an excluded debt? Is this correct assuming my overall debt will be lower than 20K?

I also understand that bailiffs can't enter my home due to my vulnerable health status:

Also, I bank with HSBC. Does anyone know if they are likely to freeze my bank account, and, if so, which bank is likely going to be able to open an account for me in these circumstances?
Sincere thanks.

Sincere thanks.
I have no overdraft due to my poor credit record (all the debts which I think I need a DRO for). With that in mind, will it be spared a freeze?0 -
Your bank account is not frozen in a DRO, that only happens with bankruptcy.
If you have no debt with your current bank, then you can continue using it as normal.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
