"You dented my car" bla bla?

Hi all
Just had a weird one.
Had a call from my missus saying that the driver of a car in the car park of a superstore has accused her of denting his Discovery. Nobody saw anything, he's just returned to his car and seen a dent in the door which he's blaming on my missus who was parked next to him, opening her door clumsily.
She says she is always very careful getting out of cars as her car is a very narrow fit in her drive so she's used to tight spaces.
I zoomed down in my car and had a look as he was still ranting at her and the absolutely tiny dent in his door didn't even match up height wise. He blamed this on the adjustable ride height of his Kensington tractor!!
Anyway he drives off say he's got "connections" and we'll be hearing from him.
What should I do, if anything?
Regards all

I would do something in between nada, and nothing at all and get on with my day.0

Used to tight spaces?
Did she park very close to the Discovery causing the owner to think how did they get out without bashing my car, oh look there's a dent.
If so his reaction is understandable.
If not then forget about it.0 -
He'll probably send Ronnie Pickering round to bare knuckle box you.0

Rules of life: anyone who claims to have connections verbally almost always doesn’t.0
-
The only connections he’ll have will be to the various companies he owes money to.0

"What should I do if anything?"
If you see him again under no circumstances tolerate him "ranting" at your wife for starters.
As others have said the "connections" bit is fantasy; I reckon you'll hear nothing more of this.0 -
Should have asked him if he has connections, why he drives a Discovery rather than a Range Rover.0

Sounds "entitled"
He's probably got some 5 Amp chocolate block in a drawer at home.0
