the post i replied to offered no help.
I said to read the other Napier case, and I added that we win 99% of cases.

It was exactly what you needed to know. My advice was to start with Napier cases.

From reading the other Napier cases here (search the forum for Napier) you'd even find draft defences and a shedload of stuff to learn about how to win against BW Legal, that we do every day.

Stop Googling, you are here and the advice you seek was here all along, in the other Napier cases, and in any BW Legal thread.
Fast forward to today, i received a letter from BW legal advising they had been instructed to commence legal proceedings (county court).
LBC stage - your stage - is already covered in the NEWBIES thread post #2.

You will be glad we don't get too bogged down in pre-court threads, when you really need us at court stage.

I (sort of) know why you thought my short reply had no help, but it did. You will learn most, by reading the forum threads and learning how to search and find what you need. I never spoon feed links, but I do write defences for people and comment on pretty much every single thread every day to keep them current.

You will see, when you need us. At the mo, your stage is covered already by the sticky thread and my signature tells every newbie where to click from any thread, to find it.
