Just make sure you went to the correct Time website - if you go to www.time.com (USA) website that's the error you get (as I did), so you need to scroll down the USA customer service page to below the login box, and click 'Europe', OR as I've found the link:

    https://secure.customersvc.com/wes/servlet/Show

    :)
i went to the us one and it wouldn't let me log in,so i went to the europe one.

  • I've made a discovery this morning that has saved me a little bit of time whilst clicking and has also allowed me to eat my brekkie uninterrupted!

If you double click on an empty search box, it brings up a list of previously typed words so you can just choose one to click on. I've always started to type a word and then clicked on the list.

I realise I run the risk of being the only person in the world to not already know this, but just thought I'd post on the off chance it may help somebody else!

Go back to the very first post in this thread and have a read of it. You'll find lots of information there and if you're still interested, PM EagerLearner and request a copy of her clicking guide.

Is anyone having any luck with carfile yet since they upgraded the site? I've tried various things including putting email address in and nothing is working so far :(
    Thanx
