Free Daily Cashback from sites - Q&A Board

I had a cheque payment from Freefivers, this appears to be the only payment method they offer now. I'm sure the cheque took a couple of weeks to arrive, so give it a bit more time. However, I have also noticed a couple of previous transactions disappear and no trace of the links remain on their site. I have to admit that I am no longer a fan of the site, despite having joined it some years ago. It's just not good enough to compete with the others, it's almost as though 'Frankie' is just some bloke at a desk in a house somewhere.0

They only payout anything that is in the received column. Think you can change the minimum payout threshold somewhere so make sure you have this set to less than in your received column. I dont have a minimum threshold on quidco and some months I only get about 20p but usually its more than that.
How do i check my bank is set up correctly???

Hi all,
Does anyone know if there is an address for freefivers or any other way to contact them regarding a missing cashback transaction other than ignorant frankie which I have sent one missing transaction form & three follow up queries in the last few months.
My goal is to get the £25 cashback that I am claiming that is totally above board and have all the info to prove a transaction was made & once I get a cheque(doubtful?) they will be never be used again. The worst cashback site I have ever encountered.
Many Thanks! With a little bit of luck we can make it through the night!0 -
I was on the topcashback site today using the British gas link to change my fuel.
I noticed that they offer £10 cash back to send out a brochure but , try as i might, I could not find out how to order one.
Any ideas?0 -
Wayrin you have to have £10 to cashout - other than that, maybe it's a temporary glitch - can only suggest you try again tomorrow or later today? I have made transfers before with no issues but maybe as Xmas approaches and they get busier maybe things take longer...
Cady - check your account settings or Control Panel on the site and within that how Payment is set up.
TonyG - I can only suggest you check the Freefivers site fo rthe real name of the company, and then Google that, or check Companies House website?
NeilGB - not sure about that one, it *should* be a direct and clear link from the cashback to the offer, but if it isn't maybe try doing a search on the BG site for catalogue? If you are changing your fuel, do make sure you are getting the best cashback rate. Also ensure you check the Uswitch website first as they are neutral, then go through a cashback site that offers the best rate for that company (ie: British Gas).MFW #185

Hi EagerLearner,
I have tried to find an address for this company, I don't think the actual site is maintained as there are so many dead/expired links to offers such as no spend offers etc so I'm not sure what to do.
I was hoping someone may have had success in the past with contacting this company. I cannot find any other name they may go by?
Thanks anyway! :-)With a little bit of luck we can make it through the night!0 -
Hi just checked the site - seems they are called Existem Ltd as per bottom of the FF website
EDIT > and some more googling reveals:
