Thats interesting aspella about cashbackchief, cashbackcascade is also ran by the same people and I'm a member of both of them. They do have lots of dailyclicks so they are good for that but I've never had to query a transaction claim so I've not experienced problems that way. I did however on cashbackcascade have to chase up a bacs payment once that was weeks late after originally being told they take about 3 days from claiming to being in your account, they didnt reply to my queries about that at all.

I have noticed that the forum isn't as looked after on cashbackcascade as it is on the chief site, very slow to respond on there and sometimes not at all. Reading the posts on the chief site though gives the impression that they sort things out pretty efficiently on the face of it so I was quite surprised to see you had so much problem with them that you stopped using them. However I can understand if you were having problems that were not being chased up it must be annoying when they are as you point out always doing other non related cashback stuff on there perhaps sidetracking them from sorting out problems.

I'll keep a closer eye on those sites from now on

I don't want to mislead anyone I'm still currently using cashbackchief and cashbackcascade however they are on my watch list i.e. if things don't improve then I will stop using them once I receive payout. Both sites were very well run however since the site owners went on holiday in August things have steadily gone down hill.

Hi Aspella & Lady-K - same here on those sites - when I update the next guide I will be reasoning as to whether to include CBC and one other as well, to keep clicks in the guide tight and good quality.

High street web has stopped tracking for me on some sites since they updated the first page, is this happening to many others?

Its not working on quidco and thats really bad seeing as they only have 2 daily clicks! its also not working on myshoppingrewards. It is working on cashbackchief even though they are using the new link and its working on some others using the new link so its a bit confusing as to what is causing it.

The sites that are still using the old link are still tracking fine.

It's a bit erratic, sometimes it does and others not. OH having more trouble than me at the mo.
