Not sure if this is the correct place for this but here goes.
We keep receiving an EE Mobile phone bill for someone who doesn't live at our address. I have returned them back to the sender, thrown them away and even had an online chat with someone from EE to have them stopped. This was on the 25th October and he assured me I wouldn't receive any more. I am still getting them. How do I stop this? The name doesn't even seem real!

Just pop the letter back in the post with "not at this address" marked on it.
If that dosen`t work after a few tries, contact Royal Mail, and inform their customer services, contact details are in this link, look under "complaints" :

Thanks I have returned to sender many times but they keep on coming. I have gone through to the Royal Mail link which gives the same advice. Will this have an impact on my credit rating? That is someone else is using my address for their account. I have never heard of the person on the bill that keeps arriving.£2 Savers Club 2024 #4 (£102/£300)

You need to actually speak to Royal Mail customer service to stop this happening.
You don’t have a credit rating in the U.K.
The account is not in your name so won’t affect you in any way whatsoever.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
