PPI Claim still waiting for an answer from Santandt

I still have not received an answer to my PPI claim with Santander.
They have sent two letters saying they are busy last year but nothing more.
Should I escalate it now, and how, or continue waiting? Can you help? Thank you:)

You just need to wait for them to work their way through the backlog.

Whilst you have the option to escalate to FOS, they are just as over stretched and will simply await Santander’s response... if anything going FOS could put your complaint back to square one.

Just be patient and they will get to your complaint when they can.
