Good morning!
I had a letter from Parallel Parking Ltd informing me that my car has been issued with a parking charge notice. This alleged contravention occurred on 22nd December 2019. I think I’ve read somewhere that these have to be issued within 14 days as there wasn’t a note on my windscreen. Have I read that correctly? If it is the case what would be my next course of action?
Sorry if this has already been asked! I’ve read so many different things I just needed to check.

Read the Newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum
Use the blue text template and appeal as keeper
No blabbing about who was driving
The 14 day rule is not mandatory but comes from POFA
If the PPC failed to stick to POFA , then a keeper has no liability0 -
Please just read the NEWBIES thread as this is basic stuff (sorry, we have no time and you will be grateful when you REALLY need us to win the case).
No, they DO NOT have to get it to you within 14 days but CANNOT hold the keeper liable and obviously the driver is not identified in your appeal.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
