I had smart meters fitted by British Gas back in Nov but they couldn’t activate them so I needed another appointment for an engineer to come back in early Jan. Two weeks ago BG cancelled the appointment and said they’d be in touch. They haven’t. My online account says I’m on a waiting list but no explanation. A complete shambles.
