Carphone warehouse insurance reclaim.

Hey guys. Just recieved a confirmation email this morning about my carphone warehouse mis sold insurance which is great news. Things is I was contacted by solicitors who said they'd do the hard work etc, I didnt think I'd be due anything so just filled in the forms and sent them off. Now I've had a breakdown of the payments etc they're getting over £200 off the top of my claim. Is there a way I can start a new claim afresh directly through carphone?
