Cifas list probably?

Have a question pls

It seems im going to be on a potential CIFAS list because Aqua think i msy have overinflated my salary on the application. I didnt but they dont believe saying thsy when tried applying 5 months ago, my salary was lower? Told them i gotva better job. Then the lady started asking so many questions, mayb to confirm I'm the applicant. Not sure.


Imready to contest this buy im dead worried about losing my job and closing my 5vyr bank account

But just to jump the gun here as a very paranoid person, supposing they out a CIFAS cat 4 against my name, how will this affect me pls

Will they close my santander account? Have a business account too with them ( all the account closures ive seen are with Cat 6, thats why ive asked?

Will these be forwarded to my current employer? I don't work in financial services but as a project manager in a charity?vwill ky employer know

How quickly do they put one on the list and how can i contest this?

Will the cc company let you know if they are putting you on the list?

Why are you worried about any of this?

Until they place a marker it's academic. When/if they do, come back here and ask the same questions.

For a project manager working for a charity you appear very well informed about CIFAS markets.
As a project manager working for a charity, why do you have a business bank account?

If you have not lied about your income, you have nothing to worry about.

Well.. Suprisingly ive just become aware of what CIFAS isin the last 4 days after googling like crazy.. And reading this forum.. And since i had seen this topic discussed here on this forum, i thought it would be better if i asked the question than giving myself sleepless nights?? Onlybseen cifas on credit files, never been really aware of what it was apart frkm being related to fraud prevention

I hace a business account because i was a contractor previously and operated as a ltd company. Though ive moved to paye now(im being paid for my job) " my business account is still theren and not in use at the moment, just in case i want to move over again

All ive said is the truth and would be appreciated if this can be answered. Thank you

For what reason exactly would i troll? Multiple acc9closures i mean are the examples ive seen on this forum and by googling in the ladt 4 days afte4 trying to find out info. Because i had not seen anything particularly relafed to cat 4, i thought it would be just simple if i asked..

How does that mean im trolling?

I just have a very bad anxiety disorder, thats why im tryibg to jump the gun here

I don't understand what my role as projecr m got to do with CIFAS? EXCUSE me..im lost...

Ive tried to explain my position in an honest way as much as possible..and u guys are on about being a project manager and cifas? Whats the correlation im lost really?

I explained previously i knew about Cifas in depth because ive googled like crazy the past few days and im worried and paranoid. Whats wrong with that

You will not get a CIFAS marker. You are being paranoid for no reason. All that will happen and even this is a maybe is AQUA will let national hunter know about your application inconsistencies but thats a IF they may not. And even if they do its not really a black mark. As you say you could have got an increased job salary.

Why do you think you're going to have a CIFAS marker against you for answering some questions ? It's quite legitimate to change jobs and get a higher salary, why do you think AQUA won't believe you ? If they're that worried they'll ask for proof of income, not add a CIFAS marker !

Thanks for your time. Im just an overly paranoid person.i guess the fact that they called just got me a bit worried.

All my cc applications have either been denied/ accepted at a go.
