Website ignoring my refund request...

Hi,
So I ordered a pair of blue-light blocking glasses from Teddith before Christmas, but when the glasses arrived, they were not the same design that I ordered.
Since receiving the item, I have contacted them twice through an email support form (their suggested method of asking for a return), each time quoting my order number only to receive no response (yes, I have checked all of my inboxes!)
Today I tried to phone their customer support several times, but no-one picked up. I then tried their Facebook Messenger, which sent me to a bot which promises a customer service rep who never arrives!
Is there ANYTHING I can do to get a refund from this business? I've seen similar threads where people have suggested quoting consumer rights legislation, but this won't do anything when I can't get in touch with them in the first place! It's also not as though the business has gone under - they're still operating as normal, just ignoring my efforts to contact them!
Any help would be very much appreciated - twenty quid's at stake here and I'd rather it end up back in my pocket than in theirs!

Try a chargeback from your card issuer.0

For future reference, always be suspicious of sites with no clear real life contact details.
This one has- .co.uk domain
- terms and conditions stated to be subject to US law
- phone number with a Toronto area code.

There is an address on their privacy page. It's awkward but not an insurmountable problem.0 -

An address which doesn't appear to exist. There's a house at 24 Thorpebank Road, London W12 0PQ, but no suggestion (from Royal Mail, Valuation Office, or planning dept) that there's a 24B, and nothing shows up on Google for it. Nothing on Companies House either. There is an address on their privacy page.
The rest of the privacy policy looks like it's awaiting someone filling in the blanks anyway.0 -
Thanks for all of your help! Can't help but feel like I've been a bit of a fool, but you live and learn. I'll ask my bank for a chargeback - hopefully proof that the glasses are different and the website may be fraudulent will be enough, but I'm not holding out any real hope!0

Anyone read the T/C....
Exactly the same as another post a while ago... Come to that the site looked the same as well. Just different products.
