Popla advice please

Hi,

Hope this is ok to start a new thread?

Going through the Popla appeals process, contesting a notice I received overstaying in a hospital car park.Thing is, I wasn't ever parked up, but was trying to assist a patient there who called me as their vehicle became stuck in mud( attempted to tow, unsuccessfully)

Do I just reiterate those points on the appeals process?I submitted photographic evidence of the stuck vehicle etc?
Thanks

Post #3 of the newbies faq sticky thread tells you popla appeal grounds

A complaint to PALS should be done first , try to get it cancelled before the popla deadline

Popla consider legal arguments , not mitigating circumstances

Going through the Popla appeals process,
    WHY?

PALS first, as the NEWBIES thread clearly says - landowner complaint!

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
