If ITV have reason to believe that an individual entrant to their competitions or prize draws has made 30 or more entries using different phone numbers from any one entry platform then the Promoter will treat this as an attempt to unfairly influence the competition or prize draw and all entries submitted by that entrant will be discounted.

The winner must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over at the time of entering the competition, and may be required to confirm proof of age and eligibility.

Each call costs £2, plus your network access charge.

A single online entry costs £2 plus any standard network rate message where applicable. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time as stated on the website.

In the case of multiple entries received in an envelope or postcard, only one entry will be entered into the Prize Draw. Sufficient postage must be paid – any entries without sufficient postage will be discounted.

Car
This element of the prize consists of one (1) Audi E-TRON 55quattro car (the “Car”) including road tax for the first year, automatic hand drive, electric motors, £30 worth of fuel and complimentary 5 days’ Audi Drive Away Insurance (subject to the following Terms and Conditions: https://insurewithaudi.co.uk/online/pdfs/Audi_5day_NAV.pdf). The winner may choose one (1) exterior colour from either (i) Brilliant Black for free or (ii) subject to a charge of £750 (seven hundred and fifty pounds) paid by the winner to the Prize Provider of the Car the winner may choose one (1) metallic exterior colour from the following:
o Catalunya Red
o Floret Silver
o Galaxy Blue
o Glacier White
o Mythos Black
o Siam Beige
o Typhoon Grey

The Prize Provider of the Car will use reasonable efforts to deliver the Car to the winner’s home address within three (3) months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the Car, a current driver’s licence and current and valid photo ID such as a UK passport.

The winner is responsible for insuring the Car and all other costs associated with taking up the Car. The winner may choose to register the Car in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person.

Tickets to The Voice UK 2020 Final
This element of the prize includes four (4) tickets for the winner and up to three (3) companions to attend the final of The Voice UK 2020 on Saturday 4 April 2020 at Elstree Studios, London (the “Tickets”). It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companion(s) are available to take the prize on the relevant dates.

The prize also includes the following (the “Trip”):
· Hotel accommodation at the Park Plaza, London for one (1) night on a bed and breakfast basis based on two (2) adults and two (2) children or four (4) adults sharing a 2Bedroom suite (the “Hotel”);
· £100 per person allowance towards transport from a UK mainland station or airport near the winner’s home address to a mainline London station or airport on Saturday 4 April 2020 and return on Sunday 5 April 2020;
· Private return transfers from the Hotel to the Elstree Studios for the winner and their companion(s);
· Winner management including a dedicated in-house prize co-ordinator winner contact within three (3) working days of receiving the winner’s details, delivery of final document to the winner by email and access to an out-of-hours phone number staffed 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.

Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the Hotel for security deposit purposes. The prize must be taken up on Saturday 4 April 2020 . Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the Prize Provider of the Tickets and the Trip of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

If the winner and their companion(s) fly to London, they must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required to travel.

The winner and their companion acknowledge that in the event that The Voice UK 2020 Final does not take place as specified for any reason, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided.

The prize excludes transportation to and from the mainline station/airport, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, travel insurance and personal expenses.
