Employer Pens Cont on Redundancy?
taper
Hi
I am likely to be made redundant soon with a payout of approximately £115k.
I will be putting a fair proportion of this into my DC pension.
My employer currently pays 10% of salary into my pension (and I pay 2%). However do you know if my employer has to pay the 10% of my redundancy payment into my pension?
Thanks
