BW Legal - Should I provide new address?

Hi,
I had a post about my issue at the time it originally occurred:
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5378359/popla-appeal-premier-park-ltd-short-time-left
I received a letter of claim from BW Legal earlier this year at my current address and responded to it, they put the account on hold in June. I then received an identical letter of claim in November and responded stating they have already have my response. They apologised for the error and will "get back to you in due course".
The issue is I am due to move house shortly and I am unsure whether I should provide them the new address? Ideally I don't want to provide them any information I don't need to. I'm guessing the next step will be them stopping the stupidity or taking me to court.
Premier Park have already admitted (during the POPLA appeal) to never having sent a Notice To Keeper and no driver has been named... I don't know how it's even gotten this far, waste of everyone's time.
Thanks.

You need to keep everyone involved in the process up-to-date with your address for service otherwise you run the risk of a judgment in default.0

yes , you email the DPO at PP with the new address and proof, plus the same with B W LEGAL, and anyone else you need to give it to as well
the risk is a judgment by default issued to the old address , hence the tell them to erase the old data and insert new data (your new address instead of the old address)0
