Premier Parking Logistics - Advice on what to do next

Hi all,
I hope all is well. I am in need of advice and more experienced insight into how I should navigate within my current dispute with Premier Parking Logistics.
To provide some context:
I received three PCNs from Premier Parking Logistics for making the same alleged parking contravention - I parked in the same bay 3 times over the course of a week or so. It was in a company owned open car park, but the company was closed (and appears to now be shutting shop due to a To Let sign appearing).
In response to these Notices I wrote an appeal to Premier Parking Logistics, stating the usual - I wasn't the driver at the time so didn't enter into an agreed contract, there was insufficient signage, there were no attempts on Premier Parking Logistics behalf to prevent the same contravention being repeated (because there was no sticker affixed to my car), I did not in anyway obstruct or disrupt the landowners utility of the land (as the company was closed) etc etc.
My error I see now is that I appealed after the 21 day period outlined in the Notice. Premier Parking Logistics then reply stating I have exceeded the appeal period, and should therefore pay.
Can they disregard my appeal because it wasn't within the 21 days? I suspect a technicality like this could ruin my chances of getting the PCNs overturned.
I've not responded to them, and this week received three debt collection letters (one for each PCN).
What should I do in this instance? I'm aware that debt collection is impossible until I've been taken to court and lost, but at this stage is it worth remaining steadfast or should I yield to their demands.
I'm mainly concerned with losing at court and having to may more! It's already gone from:
£180 (3 x £60) - pay within 14 days to £300 (3 x £100) - did not pay within 14 days to now £480 (3 x £100 + 3 x £60 debt collection fee) - debt collectors involvement.
Your advice is very welcome.
With gratitude,
MonkeyD

You can safely ignore debt collectors.
Having made an appeal all you can do now is wait to see if the scammers try court in the next six years.
What happened when you complained to the landowner?
Have you complained to your MP yet about this unregulated scam?I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Hi Fruitcake,
Thanks for your advice.
I haven't yet complained to the landlord - I initially thought it was the company but as they have now closed and the land is available to let, I first need to confirm this with land registry.
Something to also note, we received the PCNs late, and I was also out the country when they had finally arrived, so was in no position to lodge an appeal during the 21 day appeal window. Do we agree that I shouldn't make contact with Premier Parking Logistics to inform them of this? I'm inclined to telling them, as I believe it might make them reconsider whether they should overturn the PCNs.
The PCNs are also addressed to the registered keeper of the vehicle and not me. The registered keeper has not yet given the details of the driver to Premier Parking Limited, so would you say this is something we should not give either.
Very confused at this stage. My instinct is telling me to ride it out, and if it goes to court, I have a very reasonable defence in terms of why the appeal wasn't lodged within the appeal window, and also the grounds of my appeal as well.

I received three PCNs from Premier Parking Logistics
Precisely who are you dealing with? It is so important that basic stuff like the PPC's correct name is given. So many of them have similar titles.Do we agree that I shouldn't make contact with Premier Parking Limited to inform them of this?
You have no chance whatsoever.I'm inclined to telling them, as I believe it might make them reconsider whether they should overturn the PCNs.
Then the RK should be dealing with it. You are not in the frame unless liability is passed to you. We don't recommend that, especially if the PPC has failed to meet PoFA requirements for keeper liability. The PCNs are also addressed to the registered keeper of the vehicle and not me.
If this is at debt collector stage, the advice in the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #4 holds true - ignore them unless/until a formal Letter of Claim is issued. Come back then for further advice.
Once we know exactly who is pursuing you, we can't give much of an indication as to the likelihood (or otherwise) of a claim being made. Whoever they are, they have 6 years in which to do so.
BUT, BUT, BUT .....I received three PCNs from Premier Parking Logistics for making the same alleged parking contraventionThe PCNs are also addressed to the registered keeper of the vehicle and not me.
Those two statements don't stack up. This is looking extremely complicated. Please straighten everything out. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

21 day appeal window is premier parking logistics.
No they wont overturn the tickets0 -
Hi Umkomaas,
Apologies, the PPC who sent the PCN are Premier Parking Logistics.
Thank you for your advice. I'll definitely make sure to not reveal that I was away.
The RK has dealt with this entirely. I, personally, have not made any contact with Premier Parking Logistics, but as I am clearly invested in this (because I was the one driving at the time of the alleged contravention), I'm working towards getting this sorted. But please be assured that Premier Parking Logistics have only been in touch and addressed all correspondence to the RK. The PPC somehow acquired the RKs details from the DVLA - I suspect because they are a member of the IPC (trading under Walton Wilkons).
I will take another look at the NEWBIES FAQ post again - though it does make sense at this stage to wait for their next move.
Sorry I might be making this more complicated than it is. Essentially, I parked in the same space on three different occasions, and for each of these occasions Premier Parking Logistics have sent a PCN to the RK of the vehicle. All three contraventions occurred within a few days of each other. The reason why I parked in the same place on three different occasions is because there was no PCN affixed to our windscreen (thereby we were not informed of our alleged contravention before it was too late).
Does this clear it up pal?0 -
if the company has shut down/bust , chances are that waltons contract has also finished , find the landowner and ask if they hired walton0
