Very basic question about Scottish EV grant
Hello.
I MAY be being overly optimistic here and missing something shouting at me but I am unable to find it anywhere after 30 minutes of hunting.
I live in London and am in the market of purchasing my first ever EV (Tesla Model 3).
I keep being drawn to the 35k 0% loan from the scottish government? All the T&C's are very basic and don't answer what I am asking.
Basically what I am asking is do I need to live in scotland to take advantage of this loan or is it the case that the dealership just needs to be in Scotland? Nowhere can I find that I need to live in Scotland?
The phone number they provide had me talking through dozens of menu's which I have just given up on.

Any experience from people with this?

Seeing as one of the first things it says is "drivers in Scotland' then I would take it as read that you would have to be resident in Scotland.0

"Loans are only available, and can only be used, for the purchase of a new pure electric and plug-in hybrid vehicle by an individual (not any firm or company) whose principle residence is in Scotland."
I admire your optimism, but I think it was pretty obvious you had to be a resident in Scotland to qualify....0
