You know what annoys me about switching energy supplier?
It's when your old supplier says "please don't cancel your direct debit just yet, we'll use that to refund you if you're in credit".
When what they actually mean is "please don't cancel your direct debit yet, we want to take another payment from you then give it you back 6 weeks later".
