Switching energy supplier / Warm Home Discount
Options
I’m with Spark Energy and I’m looking at switching supplier.
My account is in credit by just over £100 - the majority of this is from the warm home discount I recently got credited to my account.
Is the credit balance on my account actually mine and will I get all of this refunded or will Spark keep some/all of this seeing as it is a “discount”?

If you switch supplier, you will receive a final bill hopefully within 6 weeks of the switch having occurred. That will take into account usage up to the actual switch date, and any further credits you may make.
Save for the above, there will be no retention of any credit you may have accumulated.
Within 2 weeks of the final bill, the balance should be settled.0 -
