Refund issue/ Under Armour

Returned an order to Under Armour on 19/12/19 using the prepaid UPS returns label that was provided. I scheduled the collection via the UPS website for my home address, this was picked up 19/12/19. During transit Under Armour made a request to change the delivery address from the depot in Germany to one in Holland
The parcel was delivered and signed for on 23/12/19 which I had the tracked in my UPS app so expected the refund 14 working days after they had received it.As no refund had been issued I've tried contacting Under Armour numerous times about it via website chat i was told the refund would be issued. Countless ignored emails and unanswered calls later still no refund.
Now they claim they have not received the parcel in question and keep asking for the tracking # which now I don't have, since app updated it cleared from my phone.
I've contacted UPS to help with the tracking # as I booked collection via their site from my address but they won't help as it is a Pre Paid label and say Under Armour can only access that info if they contact them.

Twice today I had emails back from Under Armour asking for the tracking number even after I have told them the UPS say only they can get that info due to data protection, yet they say they can't.

I'm banging my head against a brick wall here with the lack of customer service offered by both of these companies. I've opened a case via Resovler against Under Armour (Im also considering doing the same with UPS) Also began a Disputed Transaction with my credit card company to see if this helps.

Legally I must be able to do something to get UPS give me the info I need or to get Under Armour to do what UPS say they can do. In correspondence to both companies I've given them almost to the nearest hour my parcels location from start to finish, yet I'm still being messed about

Any advice would be appreciated

UPS are correct. It is up to under armour to contact them for the details as it is their returns label
    Life in the slow lane
  • Everybody knows that but Under Armour it seems.
Sorted now, went to the local UPS depot that collected the parcel and they gave me the tracking number no problem

    So FU Under Armour
