Speed Camera Question

Hi All,
Just a question about speed cameras. I was driving on the A522 today between Tean and Uttoxeter (in Staffordshire) and noticed a pole with a camera on it just outside of Fole. I haven't seen it before but I drive on this road fairly regularly (though less often now than I used to). I am concerned it may have caught me when I was driving last week. However, it really doesn't look like a speed camera - it looks kind of like two cctv cameras mounted next to each other on a smallish grey pole? It's not yellow which I thought they had to be. It also had like an electrical box just next to it. I feel like it probably isn't a speed camera but just don't know what it is if it isn't a speed camera as this is a busy road but it's kind of in the countryside. Was hoping someone might be able to clear up if it could have been a speed camera or not? Also I definitely don't remember a flash but there was some dude close behind me at the time (which was the reason I was going fast) so I could have missed it?

Advice:
1. Almost certainly not a speed camera.
2. No, they don’t have to be yellow.
3. If someone is too close behind you you should slow down, not speed up!

2. Ok? Which ones aren't yellow?
3. Also I know I know, this scare has made me think long and hard about that so will be driving better from now on

Unforunately I couldn't find somewhere to stop to take a picture of it. Best description is two camera looking things next to each other, mounted on a fairly low light grey pole - the cameras were the same colour as the pole. They were facing quite low down and there was an electrical box at the foot of the pole.

^Definitely not a speed camera, the cameras are pointing at the ground. Device on the top measures wind speed and direction.

Looks like one of those Highways Agency road monitoring stations, definitely not an enforcement camera of any description.
