will be starting the BR proceedings in the next month or so, this is an SOA based on mine and my wifes income,

The above is based on mine and her basic wage, i earn commission, however this at times can be clawed back by my employer, how would this kind of scenario be taken into account.

Ideally i want to avoid a IPA

    Catalogue won't be allowed, this debt will go into your bankruptcy.

    How many cars do you have, how much are they worth and are they owned outright?

    Is the Life assurance one you currently have? The OR will have an interest in that.

    They are also unlikely to allow £200 entertainment, but your groceries may be a little on the low side.

    Nothing under benefits, but you have child related expenses, no child benefit? How many children in the household as that will influence what some of the figures may be.
