£100 cashback via Quidco for opening a SIPP with min £10k. Has anyone availed of this offer and will I qualify if the £10k is part of a transfer from another SIPP provider?

Apologies if has already been answered, haven’t read all replies.

According to Quidco, the transfer is not qualify for this.
    From Quidco:
The cashback will not be paid to existing customers topping up their investments. SIPP Transfers are not eligible for these cashback offers

For anyone wanting to take advantage of Fidelity's cashback offer, just be warned, this is the exact same experience my mum had. So be prepared to have to keep contacting them but you should, after a couple of extra months, get the money.
Fidelity eventually added an extra £50 as I complained about how much chasing was required.

I'd just like to thank Alexland for bringing up making a complaint as it never would have occurred to me or my mum otherwise. Fidelity have given her an extra £100 for the inconvenience of having to chase it up. So anyone else in the same situation, it's definitely worth making a complaint.

I might complain that they gave your mum more than me...

It seems quite a long time since they offered a new cashback for transfer offer . Previously they were like furniture sales, when one ended another one started.
Also I do not think their competitors have been offering any recently . Maybe they called a truce ?

Yes it was even written into their cashback terms that you might want to wait until they next run the offer!
More likely with covid they didn't want the extra workload and physical paperwork associated with transfers. If they offer it again then I guess they could have more of my workplace pension although it wouldn't be enough to get a £500 reward again. Still if lucky they might take ages to pay which would be worth another complaint...

Shame, guess you got unlucky and received a good service! Maybe next time.
