I haven't used my debit card much recently, and hadn't ever used it online. And then yesterday, I bought a few things online: train tickets, some bits on Ebay using paypal, and some phone credit.
Today, a nice man from my bank phoned, and checked it was me, as it was suspicious behaviour! He knew all the details of the transactions, and just asked me to confirm I'd done them. So I'm rather optimistic that if I ever am the victim of fraud they'll help :j

Ages ago... I used my switch card in France... and the next day I got a phone call from my bank double checking that it was me, as it was "unpredictable behaviour"
I dont go to France on a regualar basis.. but I do use my bank card regularly....
But I always like to think of myself and "unpredictable"...
I dont know what I am doing from one second to the next.. so why should anyone else be able to predict what I am going to do :rolleyes: :rolleyes:
