Hi I'm about to submit a section 75 claim to Tesco Bank and didn't know whether to send a letter recorded delivery or in an email.
What's the normal procedure please?
Also do I send 'evidence' at this point or wait until its asked for?

Thank you both.
I was hoping to write as i was worried that I might mess things up on the phone.
Best I make notes before I call.

They will ask for paperwork, but better to raise the issue the issue over the phone. As may not need to be a S75 claim.Life in the slow lane0 -

Yes, make notes of exactly what it is you're disputing - mainly who / when / where / why and indeed how much. They are likely to ask you what steps you've done to resolve it already, and why they have failed.
Then during the call ask them what evidence they need, and where to send it.(Although I could be wrong, I often am.)0 -

If you want to write to them, there is a "Write to Us" address on this page: https://www.tescobank.com/credit-cards/contact-us/ (scroll down)
But if you write, they'll probably phone you to discuss it anyway.
(Maybe it's easier if you phone them. Then you can gather your thoughts before calling them, rather than being taken by surprise when they call you.)0 -
Phone them - they (or at least other banks do) have a form they can send outYou keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0

Thank you.
I did phone and spoke at length to a very helpful and supportive person.
I'm now in a muddle and need some help to clarify how I proceed with this so I will start a new thread to hopefully get the best response.
