Hi Calling :hello:
thought i would pop in and say hello :hello:
Thanks abba. I set this diary up and then forgot about it:rotfl:
Anyway back and will be more focused now, caught up with backlog of work.
Today my car is in garage again, treating it to a Cambelt and a new water pump. It is only 8 years overdue this pampering. oops. Thank heavens hasn't gone on me. Garage phoned car fixed £355 to pay after work. Hopefully I get another year or so out of it:D
Went for a big hilly walk after doing nothing for weeks, now my back and legs so painful. Sitting down is painful, might have firm buttocks at the end but not worth this pain.:rotfl:
Gpt £15 off quidco today, and few pennies off surveys so £50 off my debts, under 2k mark now.
Had a good laugh in work today, makes the day a bit brighter as it is so gloomy outside.
Welsh Valentines day Saturday, I need to find someone to spoil me by then:DLBM 13039 1.1.13 Now £0 Finally Debt FreeMortgage free Oct 2019:)EFund/savings £25000 10/11/220 -
Hello Calling14. I'm 60 this year, can't retire until January 2027, also need to put some money away, you've got some realistic goals. Have subscribed.
That's one pampered car you have thereI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
Good for you on the hilly walk and getting the debt under £2k!!!
Feels good to get into another bracket so it does.

We can bump each other along with savings. I have 2 years until my boss retires so I need to get a wiggle on.
Pampered car has been with me for 15 years, no pampering and its been great. Unfortunately where I live cant manage without one. Bus service finishes at 6pm. Might try and put some pennies away for a replacement ssh don't tell her. :rotfl:LBM 13039 1.1.13 Now £0 Finally Debt FreeMortgage free Oct 2019:)EFund/savings £25000 10/11/220 -

The hilly walk caused me so much pain last night, shows how unfit I am. Will do walkies tonight to stretch my legs and back.
I did start the year under 2k but car expense took me over but happy to be back under the magic figure again. :T Is that progress;)
Today £30 added to my bank for cleaning office, doesn't take long ssh and cash comes in useful.
Dentist cancelled until next week, bit of breathing space for me, was just a check up but need a crown doing. Put it off few times.:o
Lovely outside today damp, foggy but smells fresh and its warm. Didn't want to come back after walk to shops at lunchtime.
