your image doesn't really show me enough to make a conclusion about your meter. One thing to ask BG when you call them.. is..."what was the first read sent when the meter was installed"

@Yorkie2020 if you read the BG T&Cs you will find it requires you to submit meter readings twice per year. If you ever receive a bill with an estimated reading you should always check the reading against the meter and unless it is only very slightly different you should always providd your supplier with a reading.]
