Problem with Transunion

Hello, could anyone, please, advise where to complain about Transunion? PRA Group filed wrong address with Transunion. Not only they made mistake in their own data, they managed somehow to amend my electoral roll information on Transunion books. I disputed an electoral roll information, sent Transunion letter from electoral services of my local Council with the correct address. And now Transunion is telling me that despite of having a letter from local Council they can't amend electoral roll because data provider (PRA Group) refuses amend my information. What PRA Group has to do with the electoral services and how they can be more trustful that electoral services? Two other CRA report correct address. I really want to complain about Transunion but don't know where to go. Please, advise.

Go through Transunion's complaints procedure, if that doesn't rectify it contact the ICO."Facism arrives as your friend. I thought that PRA group were debt collectors?
They should not be providing or amending electoral roll info.
Are you sure they actually have amended the electoral roll info and have not put a GAIN entry on your files?0 -
Two places on my credit report have wrong address and are PRA Group record and electoral roll. I checked with the local council, they have correct address, everyone else on my credit report with Transunion and other two CRAs have correct address. If it is not PRA's entry how my electoral roll data changed to wrong one without reason?
After my very angry email to customer services yesterday, Transunion's complaint department by themselves without me contacting them sent me an email today, that they recorded my complaint and promised to come back in 8 weeks time. Transuniona and EQUIFAX are nightmares to deal with. Ive had deals with them both and they are so slow and ridiculous. They give scripted emails constantly, its like talking to robots
In my experience Experian are brilliant and solve issues within a couple of days0
