I have had 2 letters from Halifax stating the same terms and conditions for my 2 cards, increase from 3-5% and can only use up to 93% of balance for balance transfer's, have you tried to use to much of your'e available balance ?

I still think its a really, really big coincidence that this has happened so soon after I was flagged up for a fraudulent transaction and had all those issues with being refused balance transfers.

It's no coincidence, your fraudulent transaction has caused every single person in the UK with a Halifax, Lloyds, Bank of Scotland or MBNA credit card to receive these letters today. I've had two as well, you swine ;-)
