Hi, seen on the news a while ago eon have bought npower. What does this mean for there customers and staff?
Hello Lisi299 and I can confirm npower are now part of the E.ON group.
There's no immediate impact on customers. Supplies and accounts will continue as before. Any npower customers with queries or who need information about their accounts should continue to contact npower as now as our advisors don't have access to their systems.
There's more information about these changes on our website in the Media Centre. Any future developments will also be advised on our website and via press releases at the relevant time.
Thanks Lisi299.
