I thought that what's described here https://www.ts-p.co.uk/news/rental-income-should-the-husband-or-wife-receive-it is not possible.

However, clearly they are the experts, I'm neither an tax accountant nor a conveyancing solicitor so it might well be possible.

In your place I'd just give them a call, explain that you want to do what's described on their website and ask for a quote.
