Just helping my brother with his finances again. He has 3 accounts with creation. We have just logged on to MSE credit club and these accounts are showing as fine and up to date, however there has been no update since 13th october, so about 10 weeks?? Is this normal??

There is a bug on the MSE Credit Club that stops the report from updating itself. The workaround solution is to delete the Credit Club account and then to re-register.I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.

His other accounts were all up to date. Some had been updated in the last week. It was only his creation credit cards that weren't showing as updated.0 -
No it's not normal but delays in updating can happen and 10 weeks is not really that long. Why is it of concern?0
