Currys ebay shop returns

I ordered a speaker from the Currys shop on ebay and was not satisfied with it you instigated the returns procedure. I was emailed a returns label but when I went to post the label supplied did not cover the weight of the parcel so I have since requested the correct label from Currys through the ebay messaging system. I have had no response back from them.
There appears to be no direct way to get ebay involved as the correct returns procedure has been followed.
Any suggestions ?
