How long for Ford Money interest to appear in the bank?

On January 3 (Friday) my fixed term with them came to an end, money was transferred to another account (also with them), and the interest was supposed to have been paid into my bank account, and according to them it was. But as of Monday 4pm still nothing? Is it normal for it to take this long or should I worry?

This happened to me and if I recall correctly the transfer was not visible until the following day although it was dated with the date stated by Ford Money. If my records show any more information I will post again.

At this point though I would not worry.

PS. I have just checked and my transfer was dated 1/10/2019 both in Ford Money and my linked current account. It was a substantial sum but my records show that I did not transfer it out of my current account to a savings account until 2/10/2019. If it had been visible in my current account on the 1st I would certainly have transferred it out on the same day.

Last year I had a Ford Money bond which paid interest monthly and it was always transferred to my bank account on Bacs timescales so I'd expect it tomorrow if it was paid on Friday. I forget if it arrived first thing or around midday as many BSs do (it's run by Newcastle BS).

In comparison, the transfer of the principal arrived in the same bank account on the Monday following its maturity on Saturday.

Thanks for the replies guys. It has arrived today. Will remember not to fret in the future (I guess I got spoiled by nearly instant Marcus transactions)
