In what way "well done" for rejecting a genuine transaction and wasting at least ten minutes of your time?
More like "incompetent risk management Clarity"
Well I'd rather waste 10 minutes than waste the dosh on a fraudulent transaction- that's probably their view too- as I would be claiming from Clarity if it was not authorised by me.Being polite and pleasant doesn't cost anything!

Time you got a phone than...
All banks/card providers have security systems that can kick in at any given time if they believe a transaction is fraudulent...
Still you would soon be calling when you realise your card is not working :rotfl:Life in the slow lane0 -
I think the problem is about the massive roaming charges incurred by answering incoming calls when one is outside the EU.born_again wrote: »Time you got a phone than...0 -

If they're in their own country they probably won't be charged, except in North America where calling a mobile costs the same as a landline but incoming calls to mobiles are chargeable.born_again wrote: »Funny but i speak to people all over the world who use mobiles and only once or twice do they say this is costing me money.. :rotfl:0
