Balance transfer gone wrong

Today I phoned Natwest to transfer a balance from my AMEX card to my new 20 months interest free BT card and they have processed it.0

I recently have completed a BT from AMEX to HSBC. Only thing I had to do was add a zero to the front of the15 digit card number for it to be accepted. Fortunately this instruction was highlighted when I only entered the 15 digits first time around.0
