Don't travel agents average the cost of a holiday out per person even though the cost for an adult, child and baby will all be different? So you never see the breakdown of the true cost per person.
When I've looked for holidays, the free child places can tend to let you book a better holiday for a little more.
At the end of the day if you were happy with the price when you booked, I'd not worry about it
