No charges for Lloyds business A/C despite receiving letter saying they would charge from Nov 2019?

Hi guys, I’ve had a Lloyds business account for over 18 months, and I had a letter stating they would charge £6.60 per month from the 12th November 2019. However, I still haven’t been charged, and I’m starting to wonder why? Does anyone have any ideas? Do the charges normally come straight out of your account? P.S I have money in my account, so it shouldn’t be a problem.

Have you made any transactions on the account?
Normally yes the charges would be taken from the account.0 -
Did it state how often it would be taken?
While it maybe a monthly charge, it may not be taken every month.Life in the slow lane0 -

Hi there, the only transactions I make is transferring money from this business A/C to my normal current A/C . And of course, my monthly income goes in there. Apart from that, I don’t use it for anything else.0 -

Hi there, I need to check it again (it’s in a massive file, so I’ll have to do some digging) , but I don’t seem to remember the letter saying anything else other than it being a monthly charge. Are there some business accounts in which the monthly charge is taken out once a year then?0 -
If its like our Lloyds Business account and is charged from 12th November, it will be invoiced with your December statement and deducted around the 20th January.0
