Does this forum have an active BG representative?
Does this forum have an active BG representative? I know some energy providers do.
If yes. Since we seem to be getting conflicting information from the telephone representatives and also from the emails perhaps he/she could answer the following questions about the breeze takeover.
1) When will the BG tariffs be applied? i.e. from the take over date of 22nd of Dec or the start of our accounts 16th Jan (or thereabouts)
2) Will we be able to go onto the BG Energy Plus Protection Jan 2021v3 tariff as listed here as part of the cheap energy club?
If yes
2a) When can we apply to change?
2b) Can we switch via this website and get the cashback? If not how do we apply?
If the answer to 2 is no when can we start a switch to a new supplier?
