No need to apologise!  They always used to credit automatically.  Of course, under the new system, it will be extraordinarily difficult to raise a ticket for the lack of credit, and probably not worth the hassle.

Yes - appeared on my list today.
Unfortunately second video just kept buffering - so I've written this off.  For all of 1 SB for so many videos plus any extra for completing task list.

If anyone likes solitaire style games, then Solitaire Cruise is offering 2000sb to reach level 15. It's definitely doable, I just did it in a week and I work full time. It's a fun game, you just need to let the ads play all the time to maximise your coins 

Edited to add, my 2000sb is showing as pending to pay in 6 days time
