I wonder if anyone else has the same problem as me. Daily surveys have not automatically credited for a while but customer service has been very good and credit me manually after I submit a ticket and send screenshots. However, when I submitted a ticket yesterday I was informed that I had to submit one using the link through my activity ledger. This would be all well and good if the survey had shown up in my ledger but there was no sign of it or another daily survey I completed. It seems obvious that it is not worth my while trying the odd survey I am offered if this is happening. Has this happened to anyone else?

By "daily surveys" do you mean the 15-minute, 70SB ones from the Home Page?  They never ever credit for me;  I always have to submit a ticket, with a screenshot of course.  So far I have always received credit.  But some days ago I submitted a ticket for a Gold survey, and was told I had to submit it through the ledger;  so I re-submitted it, through the ledger, and was told I had to submit it through the ledger!  Clearly something was wrong with their coding.
However, this morning I completed a Gold survey (one of those Ancestry ones, which also do their best not to credit, so I took a screen shot when I got to a "Finally" page) but only got 1SB instead of 100SB, and so I submitted a ticket via the ledger;  the form I was taken to was one which I had never seen before, but it worked, and I was credited very quickly.  In order to submit through the ledger you have to go to the Visited tab rather than the Posted tab;  are you sure you did this?
  • I haven't bothered with those 70SB Toluna surveys on the front page in a very long - they just stopped crediting for me so I ignore them.

I looked everywhere in my ledger not no sign of surveys.

Did you try the link at the bottom of the Visited tab saying "Don't see your visited activity?"?

Yes, and that just takes me to the page where I used to submit a ticket previously and the page I used when I had my ticket removed.
  • Wow, the daily goal targets are very high for little reward today - or are they always like this and I just don't pay attention? 70 SB of 4SB reward or 170 SB for 6 SB.

Those are really low compared to what mine are usually set at, although today's are 70SB first goal, 270SB for second goal (but 4 and 11 SB bonuses respectively). I've had second goal targets into the 500/600s before.

The first goal (and reward for it) will generally be the same for everyone who regularly meets it, the second one will rise the more often you get it so can vary a lot (they try to tempt you to do more and more) - if you are new or failing to get the first target regularly you will get a lower one - I don't bother with the target anymore so my targets are 30 SB for 3 SB and 70 SB for 1 extra buck
(used to be around 10% or more as a bonus)
