I think the first question was a screening question as the whole survey was about your relationship with your grandparents so you would have been screened out if you said no

Anyone else not get their SB, I confirmed email.  It is not even showing on my activity list.  Using laptop in Firefox browser.

I raised a ticket and they credited. 

I just raised a ticket too and it credited almost instantly - took me nicely over my daily target!

Also if anyone gets the Userzoom survey it's really quick for 95SB and it worked for me as I had done an online hotel booking recently :-)
