Twice recently I have completed surveys which took three times as long as they were supposed to. Each time I submitted a ticket claiming the excess SB - e.g. today it was a survey for 41 SB which said it would take 9 minutes, but took half an hour, so I claimed 82 SB - and both times the excess has been swiftly credited to my account. It is crucial, of course, to have a screenshot showing the times you started and finished it; I have a copy of Notepad open in the bottom corner of my screen, with the values of the survey and its URL and the start time (if a Gold survey, this is obtainable from the pop-up window in the Surveys screen which is there all the time the survey is open) and end time. As I approach the end of the survey I take a screen shot at each new page. It's a bit of a nuisance to do, but it is well worth it!

It certainly is; DH had one that just went on forever. We worked out that it took ten times as long to complete as originally stated, so asked (nicely) for ten times the reward.MollyR said:Twice recently I have completed surveys which took three times as long as they were supposed to. Have any or all of you been offered the £10 equivalent Sept bonus - 140 bonus sb for up to 10 next surveys? It may just be something to attract me back after being quiet, but hopefully not (it was in my email, not a notification on the site).

Instant survey for 14SB about Macmillan - remember to use your mobile's browser for it.

On-line I have the 50% bonus on all surveys completed which they seem to offer fairly often but that still leaves nearly all of them well short of the absolute minimum of 25 SB a min required before they are worth looking athouseholder7 said:Have any or all of you been offered the £10 equivalent Sept bonus - 140 bonus sb for up to 10 next surveys? Argggh got to level 34 on pop slots and run out of time. I thought it was 14 days not 10. Anyone else go over days on the games and still got rewarded?SPC#19 - 7-£666.54, 8-£489, 9-£264 10-£376 11- £305.8p 12 £329 13 - £315 14/£214 15 £177 16 £253 SPC 17 £0 of £250

I don't know what happened but all of a sudden the games run like crap for me - both Mahjong and Alu's Revenge are really slow and choppy whereas before yesterday they were zippy and smooth. Perhaps an automatic Chrome update or something at SB's end?0

Mahjong is running normally for me, on Chrome. But there have been some changes to Swagbucks - the CSS controlling the appearance of banners (such as the "Refresh your page" which appears on the Gold surveys page) has altered.

Majong working well for me but it's the first time I've tried it, and what a long game! Won points on second game.0
-
You don't have to play all the way through! Just click on a couple of pairs, and then Exit. You will always get 2 points on the second game (up to a maximum of 10 points) so long as you leave around 30 seconds between each game.
