However, on both my phone and laptop, when I try to submit the receipt it asks me to identify which store by typing in the store name. It doesn't bring up any results no matter what I start typing?! Any tips? 

I've had the same issue. I bought the Original Source shower gel from Sainsbury's. I tried this morning and again just now but I get stuck in the same place. I've tried on a desktop PC in different browsers and on my phone.

I don't have the best knowledge when it comes to Swagbucks so apologises for being vague but when I made a purchase several months ago, the SB did get added onto my "Activity" log. I'm not sure if it was added onto the date of purchase or the date that the SB were added to the account. Have you done a search of your Activity log to see if they are there? You can search over the last 60 days, and by the type of activity. Otherwise I think you'll need to submit a ticket.

It's in Visited but not in Posted. OK, I have sent a ticket now. I'm sure I will get the hang of it eventually!!!!!

Assume the Travelodge purchase won't  credit till  after your stay.
Did you get emails saying you had purchase pending  and the number of days to wait?
I did a card factory on Friday, just £1.79 for personalised card with free delivery to recipient , didn't even think about cash back sites  but the Swagbucks banner popped up & I clicked it, had email the next day saying my 2SB was pending and it is sitting at the top of activity

Got the 200 points needed for the team challenge just by playing for a DQ on Theorem Reach surveys (I always took the "prefer not to say" option once the survey had started)

I found one for Travelodge but not one for Card Factory. Have hunted about in spam, trash etc also.
But it was definitely on the pending list, for a couple of weeks. My purchase was on 25/5/21. I got a wallet and a Toblerone for my son's 16th. (I've got CF shares also, hence helping prop up the company... LOL)

It was a right pig trying to get together an image for the chaser, since the email image was an .eml file, not any normal kind of image that could be saved to Paint then printed or similar. Also no "printer friendly" button to press. Had to go to my order on the website, try and make it small so it fitted vertically - hard with a widescreen laptop - then do a screen dump. Got there in the end. Nightmare.
