Thank you!  I couldn't find it on AdGate Media, but it worked from Adscend Media.

Seems you need an account with Google, Microsoft or Yahoo to sign up, so it's not for me. However, this offer pays 157.5 points (cents) at Keep Rewarding, so another example of how Swagbucks rip us off with their really low pay rates.
I still like them and like this thread but I think it's surprising how there isn't more mentioned in these forums about other sites similar to Swagbucks that are at least as good if not better.
Yes, they have some good promos and bonuses, but I think when you factor in the low rates for virtually all their offers and surveys (including Hideout, and the fact they don't have Loot) it's worth checking out other similar sites to use, at least in addition to Swagbucks, for sure.

It took me probably less than a minute to sign up with outlook.com for a free email.

I have just been offered a Gold survey worth 800SB for 13 minutes!  Its ID is 45977577, if anybody else sees it.
Because of the extraordinarily high reward, I took multiple screenshots - one of the Gold Surveys page showing the offer; various ones as I went through the survey, each overwriting the last, so that I eventually had one from pretty much the last page;  and one from the Gold Surveys page saying "Success! You've just completed Survey 45977577."  And it's just as well that I did, because it didn't credit - not even the usual get-out of giving me 1SB.
I have raised a ticket with my sequence of screenshots, and we will see what happens!

Mine never showed up at all on the activity page, so I submitted the ticket via my bookmarked link for survey tickets (which, in case anybody hasn't got it, is https://help.swagbucks.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=47270).  The autoreply I got was in a new format;  it said (inter alia):

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your Survey experience with us. Here are a couple of things to keep in mind when participating in surveys.

    • Not every survey will result in completion as many surveys are looking for a specific set of users (Ex: 25-year-old males that traveled to Las Vegas in the past year). In such cases, we can't give you the full SB amount. Verify the messaging you received upon completion of the survey to ensure this was indeed a completion and not a disqualification event.

    • Some surveys may be credited to your account on a delay. In such cases, you may be told about this when starting the survey. (Ex: "The survey you are about to complete will not be credited instantly and may take up to 7 business days for crediting").

-If you see "Success" in your Activity Ledger and 0SB, this means the credit is on delay. Please allow time for the Survey to credit your account.

So I replied to it, confirming that none of those three points applied, and referring them to my screenshots.  Fingers crossed!
