Actually I recall the issue with Candy Crush Soda Saga was that it was listed as "Shop" rather than "Discover". I did chase but got some burble back about the merchant being about to take their time!!!!! Maybe it's time to hassle again, now that I've noticed I did bring it up at the time.

I think I received a similar message regarding Candy Crush, so went back to them saying "Can I just double check that as I have reported missing SB within the 14 day period, as per the disclaimer, and I wait the full 32 days to see if the SB credit and it doesn't I won't miss out.  Thank you" and it was credited.

Happy to advise I emailed to chase a second time and the 100 pts has been credited today  :)

    Hello all :)

Joined swagbucks via the mse offer & have a couple of questions (that I can't find answers to elsewhere so far) -
First the Signup offers page that was working fine to begin with now says 'no offers' (also for all gold surveys I get the 'not every survey can be a winner' message, but this seems to be fairly common :/ ). I did get temporarily locked out of my account with a message that they need to review something :o but I can now log in again, earn daily poll type points etc so I assume all's ok unless I'm on some sort of probation type thing (?)
The second quick thing is does anyone know if & when Peanut Lab points get transferred to your main Swagbucks total? I have done a search for this but anybody that asked this on other forums didn't really seem to get a firm answer. These are the only surveys I can do at the moment so it would be good to know if they will get added on, or won't help towards my total.
Thank you v much indeed if anyone can help at all.

Householder, I don't use Peanut Labs or do sign-up offers but the sign-up offers page loads fine here. And yes, with the gold surveys it's normal to be screened out of most of them and just pick up 1 SB.
Sorry that's not very helpful in terms of your questions but am mainly posting here to say: if you haven't already seen the links to ncraves, you can find them here: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6087888/swagbucks-2020/p181 - although the number of times you're credited for each has changed.
Also, you can redeem points from Hideout to Swagbucks and there's a thread for that here: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5994067/hideout Other places pay a better rate than Swagbucks but they can at least help towards the bonuses.
And similar to Hideout is Loot, although you'd have to redeem to somewhere else for that, and the thread's here: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6229320/loot-tv

Thank you, I have read back over older Swagbucks guide threads here but not the info you mention. I will check these out. :)
Re the survey screenouts, it isn't the usual screen out and get 1SB (or screen out partway type), it's that I just get the message Not every survey can be a winner, but keep trying! straight away for all surveys. This is different to when I joined and had the normal hit & miss success rate.
Someone posted on the Swagbucks community the same thing - the list of surveys stays the same when you go back to it - no 1SB or anything, I'm just never even taken to try a survey. Seems odd when it was fine to begin with.
Peanut Labs seem to get a bad press from what I can see :/

Probably to stop most people getting any kind of streak. I can manage to get 6 days when I reach my target but Sundays are always impossible for me. Cuts down on the bonus payments Swagbucks have to make :'(

I think regarding Swagbucks survey, they can be quite poor paying surveys. If you consider that 800SB = £5 - you might be undertaking a 10 minute survey for 50SB - that is effectively paying you 30p (1SB = 0.625p at a paypal cashout).
Many other sites will pay better then this - the likes of Prolific and Qmee.

In my experience there will also be times when you dont get SB for a disqualification, especially if you have had so many during one day or they have given away so many 1sb DQ's.
    Debt: May 15: £17335 Jul 16: £13874 Jan 17: £11,606 Dec 18: £8,308 Sept 19: £4,969 Jul 21: £890

There's a limit of 5 DQ/over quota payments per day (and some surveys are marked as not paying for a DQ any way).

    Swago is open now.

However you have to use 35SB to enter competitions, so the actual gain for a full board is only 65SB.

Here I go again on my own....
