It regularly takes me up to 10 mins to find where to put the swag code... so it's much better having it up in the Swag Button extension, however yesterday things were so slow I was just getting a big grey box there as it kept chugging along and timing out... Eventually I had to come back to it later but was worried I was going to forget.

Is there another place where an input box can be found?
Did you see my post yesterday?  It said, in relation to the new layout:
"... if you don't have the Swagbutton, then hover over (or click on) your total SB in the top right-hand corner, and "Redeem Swag Code" is third item down on the left-hand side of the multi-purpose pop-up."

Ah brill, ta... Hadn't spotted it there for some reason.
I was been really struggling to remember where to find stuff with the menu format that was down the left. I still don't think the new way is all that much more user friendly or intuitive, but do prefer the target and your account bits at the top right.
It just takes a bit of getting used to, like when everything gets shifted around at the supermarket.

I am sure we will all get used to it quite quickly.  What I find annoying is that I have to click to see my progress towards my daily goals, rather than just hover - with arthritic fingers, every click is a step towards eventual digital uselessness.  But I'll live with it.

I know the feeling as I have cancer in my right neck, shoulder and underarm areas... Currently quite achy so needing pillow under elbow to use mouse...

Like the 3D Mahjong game but because it's on a timer I'm mostly having to do Pyramid Solataire.

The other day I did have to abandon a survey because it asked how many adults and how many children lived in my household.  It said the total had to equal 2 or more and refused to move on with only 1 adult (me) and no children.  So not even 1SB for a DQ.
I put in a ticket about one I had to abandon because it made no sense - I pointed out it wouldn't help the company setting the survey but didn't actually ask for any of the points (I'd not done too much before I had to abandon it) but they gave me the points anyway!  Worth putting in a ticket to explain the problem to see if someone has a generous moment and gives you the SB for pointing out issues with the survey.

I am so angry... I just spent 16 flipping minutes of my life on survey 132359657 (Est 20 mins) and got booted off.
It seemed like it was getting to the end and about to give me the thank you message. Bearing in mind I've attempted 10 surveys in the past couple of hours and every single one has booted me, very double peed...
I bet there would be a revolt at SB HQ if the boss suddenly said "you know that last 16 mins you've worked... I'm not going to pay you for it!"

I always take screenshots of surveys as I approach the end, so that I can upload them along with the ticket as evidence when this sort of thing happens.  Customer Services are pretty good at the moment at applying credits;  yesterday they did one in 15 minutes, but the longest is almost always the same day.  A shortcut to the ticket form is https://help.swagbucks.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=47270.

Are you playing these for enjoyment or the bucks?
If it's just the bucks then Alu's Revenge 2 is probably the quickest  - start the game, click one set of 2 or more matching blocks (you have to score) then click the symbol at the bottom right to pause the game which brings up 4 options - take the exit one and the game is done,  simply repeat leaving 30 secs (or more) between games and get the 2SB every other game up to the 10SB allowed)
